The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is an excellent option if you're looking to buy a mid-priced mop and robot vacuum. It's got a fantastic mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the features found in its more expensive sibling.
During tests, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium-pile. It doesn't employ LIDAR, however, like cheaper models do, to locate your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and incredible cleaning power, including a dirt compartment that is integrated into the charging base. This robot can recognize your cleaning habits, and suggest automatic schedules to give you an effortless cleaning experience.
Setup is easy, thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automated cleaning functions with the push of a button. You can choose a general clean that focuses on the removal of larger debris such as rice and cereal. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your entire home is cleaned thoroughly.
This robot vacuum performs well on both floors that are bare and carpets with low pile. It can take in large objects and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as other models do, and it can even pick up pet hair without difficulty. It does have a hard time with high-pile or plush carpet, but iRobot claims it will get better in the future with new models.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which is focused on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that adopts an open-fronted, flat-fronted design. The company hopes this will allow it hug the furniture and walls. It's a step up from the hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are common however we found it to be just marginally better than circular models.
iRobot also claims that the S9+ has an advanced filtering system that blocks microscopic dust particles and allergens from circulating within your home. It's a nice claim, but we're not convinced it's enough to justify the price price.
Its smart navigation system utilizes sensors to keep track of the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map your interior of your home. It can then clean your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundary markers so that the robot knows what areas require extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
When it comes to robots that combine vacuuming and mopping and mopping, the Roborock Q revo is a standout. Its vac settings are as effective as those of higher-end models, and its mopping system is superior, as its spinning pads do a much better job of scrubbing your floors than a stationary vibration pad.
The only downside is that it lacks an additional rubber brush to allow for more thorough cleaning, but that's an affordable cost to pay if are looking for one of the top robots available. The robo-vac's dust tank also bigger than those on many of its rivals and takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even at the highest dirt level.
As for the mopping system, I was awestruck by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. Its two lowest mopping settings that are less powerful than high-powered modes, produce very minimal noise, meaning you can work or even watch television without being distracted. If it encounters a wall or furniture piece it gently bumps into it before moving on.
The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that automatically moves physical trash to the bin hidden in the background and washes and drys the mop pads, and refills its clean water tank. The app will only inform you if something is wrong for example, the water tank being empty or a canceled vacuuming session due to a full bin.
You can also create and combine rooms to modify how the Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is useful when you have different flooring in different areas of your house or if you need to regularly remove clutter, such as clothes, toys and books. The robo-vac is also efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, picking up debris from carpets as well as hardwoods in its first run. It can even vacuum up wet spills, though I recommend cleaning them off with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot in.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that has all the features you could wish for. It comes with a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It is similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with an automatic cleaning station that washes and empties the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready to be reused. It also has a sensor system that recognizes obstacles better which allows it to avoid falling on furniture and other objects.
The most significant improvement to the ECOVACS the X1 Deebot is its modern, sleeker design. This is thanks to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite big--it's over two feet high and deep and weighs in excess of four pounds--the robot and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.
This version is also more efficient than the X1, as it has faster battery charging and can complete a cleaning of around 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a bigger and more robust dustbin that can store more debris. This makes it easier to empty.
Finally lastly, the X2 Omni has a more user-friendly app and a voice assistant that works offline, allowing you to use it even if you're not at home. It also has additional mopping modes as well as a smart routing feature which allows it to clean certain rooms or areas of your home instead simply following a predetermined route.
The X2 Omni is the most effective robot for mopping. Its mop pads that rotate remove tough stains and its motor produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding as well and it increases suction when it senses carpet to ensure it does an excellent job. It also has a massive battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as effective as anything we've seen in an ordinary robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium mop and robot vacuum that comes with a host of convenience features you do not often find on robots of this price range. It is able to create precise floor maps and recognize various flooring types. It's also among the only robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. While these features are useful, they also put the L10s Ultra in the luxury category, which might make it slightly more expensive than what some homeowners require.
Designed to look like a modern floor cleaner designed to look like a modern floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device that has an elegant white finish that's enhanced by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper, which protects furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage when moving through the house.
